Abstract
Primary study on HCV genotypes prevalence was carried out on
the serum from HCV positive blood donnor and HCV suspected patients group. Serotypes was tested on 83 samples from two goups above. We
fond that: the type 1 and 6 are most prevalente types in this population (Type 1: 28% - 11.4%; Type 6: 15.4% - 20.5% in HCV
suspected patients and HCV positive blood donnor groups respectively). For
genotyping, 25 samples were carried out by Inno - Lipa HCV II. We found that: 1
and 6 are most prevalente type (Type 1: 56%;
Type 6: 36%). Compere to the
sequencing method, the result was: Type 6: 56%;
Type 1: 36%).
