The two big plasmids of S.
typhi strains collected from the Northern, Central and Southern regions of
Vietnam during 1995 – 1997 were determined to be 124 MD and 65,8 MD. The
restriction enzymes Kpn I, Sca I, Bgl II were used for the determination. The 3 computerized programs
Local fit, Spline, Schaffer and Saderoef were used for calculation.
